Most of my clients say they don’t know what they would do without having me as there Pinehurst area Realtor. - Do you want to be a member at the Pinehurst resorts or do you prefer a private golf community?
- Do you have any specific needs? For instance, do you want a golf cart to get to the clubs? Do you want to be near Lake Pinehurst with boating or fishing? Do you want a golf front property? Do you want to be located in the Pinehurst Village, or do you prefer to be located a short drive to the best area for shopping and restaurants?
- What golf groups can you quickly join so you can quickly make friends and feel at home in the Pinehurst area. Should you join the newcomers club? Should you join the garden club?
- What educational facilities are available in the area? Should you volunteer at a local hospital or senior neighborhood community?
- Do you wish to work part time when you relocate to the Pinehurst area?
- If one of us likes golf but you like horses what works best for the both of us?
- If you have special medical needs what are the best local facilities? For reference, First Health, a top 100 hospital is located in Pinehurst and The Duke Hospital, probably the best hospital in the US for Senior needs, and UNC hospitals are about 1 ½ hour from Pinehurst.
