Club Amenities
Fairwoods on 7 assures its Members that they will be provided superb amenities and a level of service that's consistent with the quality of the Club.
Whenever a home or lot is sold in Fairwood On Seven the membership to Pinehurst Country Club is transferred to the new owner when that new owner has paid the current transfer fee of $13,500. The monthly cost for each full time member is currently $300. There are no food minimums or assessments for Capital Improvements or any other items.

Resort/private country club with nine championship golf courses. Membership includes golf on thePinehurst 1/6 golf courses, including Pinehurst #2 (site of the 1999, 2005 & 2114 U.S. Open), use of unlimited range balls, 28 tennis courts, lawn bowls and croquet facilities, access to several pools, and use of Lake Pinehurst Marina. Membership to Pinehurst #7, 8 and 9 is an optional addition to a Pinehurst 1/6 membership. The Fairwoods (Pinehurst #7) and The National (Pinehurst #9) are both gated communities that offer transferrable Pinehurst memberships. Pinehurst # 7 and #9 homes range in price from $300,000 to $2,000,000+. Pinehurst #8 is my favorite course in the Pinehurst area. It has several holes that run beside protected wetlands with plenty of wildlife. There are no homes on No. 8. If I only had #8 to play on a daily basis I would be a happy golfer.
